Quest or LabCorp. Quest orders must run in FormFox. Wrong software = failed collection.
Results
SAMHSA labs. MRO when required. Typical 24–48 hours after the lab has the specimen.

For Georgia collectors
If you already work a public or social job in this state, the collector gig is a private business — same category as a firefighter’s restaurant or a pastor’s insurance book. Get it in writing. Stay off the clock. Do not use the title.

Say you are an independent collector who cares about workplace safety. Use LTS systems. Take Quest’s free modules. Ask LTS about funding if you qualify.
You may not
Advertise as “Atlanta Fire,” “GCPS teacher,” “GSP officer,” or any other official brand. No uniforms in photos. No station numbers on the van.
EEOC does not bless moonlighting. It forbids using a public job’s power to discriminate or to coerce. Written
employer approval + state ethics + even-handed policy. That is the stack. Not a certificate on the wall.
